Key Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing staff and provide daily guidance on clinical and operational processes
- Assist with implementing anemia management and medication protocols
- Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in patient assessment and care planning activities
- Act as a resource person and participate in implementing and evaluating dialysis services
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
