BHIRED is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy in Monsey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory and maintain adequate stock levels of medications
- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Oversee the billing department and ensure timely payment processing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
