Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
  We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Life Surge. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing materials that promote our events and drive brand awareness.
  Responsibilities:
    • Conceptualize and design eye-catching graphic designs for various marketing channels, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, event signage, and promotional collateral.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively promote each event, highlighting key details, speakers, performers, and special features.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience with an in-house creative department or agency.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print marketing materials. Event marketing-related projects or B2C retail experience is a plus.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design software.
    • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
