Hospitality Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Steward to join our culinary team at Radiate Hospitality, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish areas and banquet serving areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the dishwashing machine and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Prepare and maintain a sufficient supply of bus tubs for silverware, rings, creamers, and butter bowls.
• Pre-scrape and wash all dishes, followed by cleaning of the dishwasher, counters, tables, sinks, and dish room.
• Handle glass and dishware with care to avoid breakage.
• Ensure the large cooking pots are clean and ready for use.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the mirror box rack, steam table, and glass rack in the banquet dish room.
• Clean and sanitize silver and lighted carving boards.
• Stock the cook's line with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Ensure the dish rooms are clean and organized, with all dishware identical and properly stored.
• Regularly inspect and empty garbage cans in the kitchen to prevent overfilling.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Be vigilant for potential safety hazards and report any concerns to your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
