We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Medical City Fort Worth. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the CVICU unit.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of TX or active compact state licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1+ years applicable experience required.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification.
