Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Hilti tool inventory, RIS material inventory (including tool room), equipment inventory, and machine inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, address inquiries, and elevate situations to HQ when necessary.
  • Conduct or assist in investigations as required, provide HR-related trainings and documentation as needed.
  • Oversee timesheet submissions and provide support for payroll processes, assist with ADP system management.
  • Update supply trackers and manage tracking of vacation requests and time off for site personnel.
  • Act as a backup to the Safety Coordinator by creating and maintaining incident reports.
  • Provide general administrative duties to support the management team and site operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with inventory management and HR policies (general knowledge of State HR and labor policies).
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and timesheet submissions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, managing housing, and managing data).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with traveling to various job sites out of state as required.
