About the Role

Kuehne + Nagel Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient operation of the Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments to ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.
  • Verify inbound and outbound paperwork with associates and drivers to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and damage-free shipments, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assign and manage work schedules, and ensure effective completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and submit accurate records and reports in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
