**Job Summary**
We're seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms, and hallways.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.* Ensure all areas are spotless and free of clutter, adhering to our high standards of quality.* Operate necessary equipment, such as vacuums and laundry machines, with precision and care.* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service and excellent guest satisfaction.* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.* Fluency in Spanish (a must).* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.* High school diploma or equivalent required.
