About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team at Molly Maid. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Must be able to communicate with clients in English
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • At least 18 years old or older
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$22, with the possibility of a $25 weekly bonus and tips. With the ability to make up to $700 per week, paid weekly.
