About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing customized massage therapy plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for clients.
  • Generating new business through referrals and promoting membership programs.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of massage therapy principles and techniques, including Swedish Massage.
  • Knowledge of other modalities, such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Deep Tissue, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, management, and staff.
  • Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations, as well as liability insurance.
