Drafter/Detailer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corp. as a Drafter/Detailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to collect data and create accurate shop drawings, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Design parts, assemblies, and components for new and existing products.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply industry standards and regulations as required.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in Construction, Architecture, or Metal Fabrication design or related fields is desired.
• Strong proficiency in CAD and Solidworks is preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel, is required.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
• A valid driver's license and subject to background checks per jobsite requirements.
