Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Advantage Dental. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors and hygienists in delivering top-notch dental services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists, including charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all phases of their appointment, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Take and process X-Rays as prescribed by the dentist, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment.
- Completion of a dental assisting program or enrollment in our internal training program.
- Radiology certification required.
- Dental assisting experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software such as Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Dental Vision.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
