Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer calls and follow up on sales appointments.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using established communication protocols.
  • Provide initial product information to customers and guide them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or have missed their appointments.
  • Engage in team and process improvement discussions, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • Utilize the CRM tracking system on a daily basis (training will be provided).


Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a desire for personal growth.
  • Courteous and prompt in all interactions.
  • Positive attitude and a diligent work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license.
