Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair equipment failures, including robots, hydraulic presses, and mechanical presses.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Support: Provide technical support to keep machinery operating efficiently.
  • Machinery Installation and Alignment: Move, align, level, and install machinery to ensure proper function.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance information.
  • PLC Programming and Installation: Troubleshoot, program, and install PLC systems.
  • Maintenance Database Management: Utilize PMC or other maintenance-specific database software to track maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of machines, tools, and materials, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Blueprint Reading and Electrical Schematics: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Welding and Cutting: Skilled in arc welding and gas welding and cutting.
  • PLC and Robotics: Familiarity with PLC systems and robotics.
  • Industrial Maintenance Safety and Best Practices: Strong understanding of industrial maintenance safety and best practices.
  • Hand Tools and Specialized Tools: Proficient in using basic hand tools and specialized tools as needed.
