Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of inventory
  • Stock and organize warehouse inventory, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Prepare and ship outgoing materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Perform daily forklift maintenance and safety checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and stockroom organization projects

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment, with a focus on inventory management and logistics
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) desirable
  • Experience with forklift operation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
