We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Manteo Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the hotel
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing guest accounts and processing payments
  • Providing information and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities and services
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
