We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Inspector to join our team at Hollywood Casino Tunica. As a Room Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and cleanliness in our guest rooms.

• Inspect all vacant rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Assign guest rooms to be cleaned and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently
• Supervise Room Attendants to ensure they are following our hotel's policies and procedures
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests
• Conduct regular checks on Room Attendants' appearance, equipment, and cleaning supplies to ensure they are meeting our standards
• Ensure that all departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards are maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and ensure that their needs are met

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety and health standards set by OSHA and local Health Department
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and ability to update room status
• Ability to work as a team member and maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude
• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent, circular motions with hands and/or arms
