At Lost Pines Toyota, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify necessary repairs.
- Discuss repair options with shop leads and service advisors.
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisors.
- Plan work in cooperation with shop foremen.
- Provide labor estimates to service advisors.
- Monitor repair time and update service advisors.
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Road test vehicles when required.
- Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
- Ensure customers' cars are kept clean and free of damage; notify service managers if anything happens.
- Attend company and factory training.
- Keep current with factory technical bulletins.
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
- Operator Driver's License required.
- State Inspection License preferred but not required.
