Job Opportunity

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that enhance resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals.
  • Utilize your culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that meet our residents' expectations.
  • Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
