The Thrift Store Production Associate (16 hours per week) will be responsible for unloading goods from delivery vehicles and managing all incoming clothing and furniture donations. This role includes sorting, hanging, categorizing, pricing, tagging, and organizing merchandise effectively. Additionally, the associate will contribute to the overall maintenance of the thrift store and its inventory. A positive demeanor and exceptional customer service abilities are essential for this position.

Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with the public and fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to uphold a professional demeanor and maintain confidentiality.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in retail and cash handling.
  • Physical capability to lift over 50 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
  • Strong attendance record is mandatory.
