Britt Medical Search is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at a thriving health center in the South Boston neighborhood. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients from diverse backgrounds.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician who shares our passion for delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to embracing the diversity of our patient population. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and a willingness to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will practice within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, seeing 18-20 patients per day. They will have assigned patient panels capped at 1500 patients and will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventative care.

**Schedule**

The working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 8:15 AM to 6 PM, and one Saturday every 8 weeks. Part-time hours are also available, with weekday shifts starting at 3 PM or 4 PM and going until as late as 8 PM. Saturday hours are also available.

**Compensation & Benefits**

The position includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, and vision plans, disability insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) plan with a generous match. The facility has a Health Professional Shortage Area designation, and we have a good record of having loan repayment approved.

**Salary:** $225,000 - $275,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a board-certified Primary Care Physician with a current medical license. You should have excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
