The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles and a passion for complex care. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospitalist team, working closely with intensivist coverage, and collaborating with other departments to provide high-quality patient care.

UF Health Jacksonville is a Level I tertiary facility, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for hospitalists. Our hospital has a full range of specialty backup and numerous residencies and fellowships, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
In addition to a competitive salary of $275,000 - $320,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We also offer a $40,000 commencement bonus and the opportunity to earn extra shifts with bonuses.
