About the Position



At Axesspointe Community Health Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader for Outpatient Services to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week with evening hours included.



The primary role of this position is to supervise and coordinate the functioning of all staff within the agency office assigned. This includes providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients in-home, in-office or within the community.



Main Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity and develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs) with clients in accordance with OAC standards and FCS policy/procedure.
  2. Provide psychotherapy/counseling services to clients through individual, group, and/or family methods, and review and update progress and diagnoses accordingly.
  3. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with OAC standards and FCS policy/procedure, and achieve and maintain the Agency's established productivity standards.
  4. Supervise, train, monitor, and evaluate both clinical and clerical staff, including interviewing and recommending job applicants, requisitioning office supplies, and coordinating clinical and clerical staff to meet demands of the agency.
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures, and may substitute for or assist staff in performance of duties as needed.
  6. Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.


Qualifications and Requirements:




  • A Master's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will hold a LPCC-S or LISW-S license in the State of Ohio, along with Peer Support Supervision Designation.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred, but not necessary. The successful candidate must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background checks and driving insurability.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential.


Compensation and Benefits:
