The RN position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel on days, evenings, nights, and weekends to ensure quality and continuity of patient care. The position requires a current AL nursing license, 1 year of experience in the area applied for, and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Additional specialty certification for assigned unit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS and NIHSS). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Baptist Works offers a competitive pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Benefits include BCBS, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(K) plan.
