Restaurant Operations Manager

At Tasty Restaurant Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth. As an important member of our team, you will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. This position reports to the General Manager of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations in the areas of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will be responsible for supervising and training team members and shift leads on team stations, Burger King products, processes, and policies. Additionally, you will follow cash control/security procedures and help to implement marketing plans, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant results.
As part of the restaurant management team, you will recruit, train, and work to retain effective team talent, making recommendations on hiring and advancement. You will also be responsible for making recommendations on the discipline and termination of team members. Promptly and regularly attending assigned shifts, meetings, and training is essential for this role.
Requirements for this position include a High School diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30 to 50 pounds. Additionally, you will require the use of motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Motivates and directs Team Members and Shift Leads to exceed guest expectations in the areas of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Supervises and trains Team Members and Shift Leads on team stations, Burger King products, processes, and policies
- Follows cash control/security procedures and helps to implement marketing plans, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant results
- Assists the General Manager in enforcing compliance with government regulations, Burger King Market Policy, employment law, food safety, Burger King Security Policy, operations, and Tasty King policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts
- Recruits, trains, and works to retain effective team talent, making recommendations on hiring and advancement
- Makes recommendations on the discipline and termination of Team Members
- Promptly and regularly attends assigned shifts, meetings, and training
