Overview of the Role and Company

The Room Attendant position is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of hotel accommodations. This role is dedicated to ensuring that guests arrive to a pristine and inviting environment. You will be working closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to achieve these standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform their duties effectively.
  • Receive and prioritize a list of rooms to be serviced based on guest check-out schedules.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies on your cart as needed.
  • Respect guest privacy by knocking before entering their rooms.
  • Change out used linens for fresh ones, make beds, and restock towels according to established procedures.
  • Clean surfaces, polish mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes thoroughly.
  • Vacuum and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Conduct a final inspection to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
  • Report room availability and any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Safeguard any items left behind by guests by delivering them to the lost and found.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations and ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Participate in the weekly Aloha Culture Meeting.

Work Environment
