The Food & Beverage Team Leader is a key member of the Target team, responsible for leading a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth in the Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth
  • Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including inventory management, merchandising, and pricing
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team Leader to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety and security protocols
  • Manage the budget and resources for the Food & Beverage department
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in the Food & Beverage department

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail and/or food service experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
