Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the clinical execution and management of all aspects of assigned clinical studies, including planning and implementation from concept to clinical study report.
  • Design, execute, and monitor internal clinical studies, and participate in the design, training, and monitoring of Abbott-sponsored external clinical studies.
  • Participate in the identification and qualification of external clinical sites, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Effectively communicate the outcomes of studies to cross-functional teams, and perform study site visits to ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist senior staff in planning study conduct, designing case report forms, and selecting and training investigator sites.
Requirements
  • BS degree in life sciences with six years of experience as a CRA or CRC, or combination of appropriate education and experiences.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in site monitoring, clinical trial practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in conducting medical device and/or in-vitro diagnostics studies, or pharmaceutical background.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teamwork, shared mindset for success, and stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Offer

Abbott offers a competitive salary range of $83,600.00 – $167,200.00, depending on location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and education benefits.
