As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and training a successful sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**

* Manage all day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
* Meet team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
* Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
* Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
* Increase customer traffic through local store marketing
* Maintain up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
* Maintain a clean and organized salon
* Cash handling, opening/closing business
* Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience
* One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
* Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
* Proven customer service experience
* Polished professional appearance
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail and organization
* Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
