- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, mental health, or nursing.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and utilization management.
- Licensure: A valid driver's license in the applicable state.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
