- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in mental health, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
- Experience: Previous experience in mental health settings, including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and case management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams.
- Post-Graduate Experience: Previous experience as a mental health professional in an outpatient or inpatient setting, with a focus on crisis intervention and individual and group therapy.
- Specialized Training: Training in evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles, with a focus on team management and professional development.
