Job Title: Senior Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.

Job Summary:

The Senior Support Specialist will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for troubleshooting advanced technical issues, managing escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, and ensuring the resolution of complex problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  2. Serves as a final escalation point for unresolved technical problems in the help desk.
  3. Provides advanced support for enterprise-level systems and applications.
  4. Collaborates with IT administrators to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Level 3 Support or similar position.
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience with device management tools (PDQ, Intune).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
