Medical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Professional to join our team at HealthyU Clinics. In this role, you will provide front and back office medical assistant support, including patient care, filing, scheduling, registration, insurance verifications, and patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patient charts, including filing and pulling charts
- Greet patients and visitors with a professional attitude
- Initiate a triage for response by medical personnel
- Register, verify, and update patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer needs
- Maintain office and medical supplies
- Handle physician requests in a timely manner
- Prepare and sanitize rooms for patient care
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet software and Microsoft processing software
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- Flexible and reliable with a professional attitude
- Medical assistant certification is required
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
