Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Manager to join our team at Novant Health. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our critical care units, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our critical care units, including staffing, resource allocation and budgeting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning among team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Masters degree in nursing or related field, preferred.
- Five years of experience as a registered nurse in a critical care setting, required.
- Current RN license for all states in NH footprint, required.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
