Academic Speech Therapist Position in New York

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school in Amherst, NY. As an Academic Speech Therapist, you will be working with students to improve their communication skills and overcome speech disorders.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time contract position for the 2024-2025 school year, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology and possess state licensing in this field.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students
- Assess and diagnose speech disorders, including articulation, language, and fluency difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective student outcomes
