- 10 Days of Call Each Month
A competitive compensation package is being offered, including a salary based on MGMA standards, performance incentives based on WRVUs, vacation time, continuing medical education (CME) allowances, medical insurance, malpractice coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, relocation assistance, a commencement/sign-on bonus, and potential support for fellowship stipends or medical education debt.
The Medical Center is a 150-bed acute care facility that includes a Women's Pavilion and a nearby medical office building. The healthcare team comprises approximately 10,000 staff members and over 120 physicians across various specialties. The hospital features a 24-hour emergency department, a Level II neonatal unit, same-day surgical services, a pain management center, a wound care clinic, a cardiac catheterization lab, and advanced diagnostic capabilities such as digital mammography, MRI, CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology. The medical staff includes 7 OBGYNs, 21 primary care physicians, and 3 general surgeons, supported by a large referral network and a robust hospitalist program with 8 hospitalists (6 daytime and 2 nocturnal).
