AIRBUS U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant data integrity of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including processing transactions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Work closely with Corporate Accounting and Finance leadership to ensure compliance, meet deadlines, and achieve accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure timely submission and completion of audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Five years of accounting experience, including three years of public accounting experience or two years of financial reporting experience.
  • Two years of experience managing a professional accounting team.
  • Knowledge of general ledger systems and reporting packages, specifically Costpoint.
  • Working knowledge of government contracting and indirect rates.
