Job Title: Truck Driver Career Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) holder to join our team as a truck driver. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving large vehicles, excellent health, and physical stamina.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods and materials across various routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Inspect trailers before and after trips, reporting any defects or issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs of work hours, rest periods, miles driven, and fuel/toll receipts.
  • Ensure trucks are clean and in good working order, performing regular maintenance checks.
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, while complying with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL license.
  • Excellent health, physical strength, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Proven experience as a truck driver.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.).

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
