The Food Preparation Specialist is responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking various food items to guarantee the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares food items that are either cooked to order or kept warm until sold, including items such as burgers and fried chicken.
  • Utilizes large-scale cooking equipment like griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
  • Washes, cuts, and prepares ingredients for cooking.
  • Cooks food according to instructions provided on order slips or verbal directions, ensuring quality and accuracy of all orders.
  • Manages multiple cooking tasks simultaneously, adhering to customer specifications.
  • Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in food preparation areas and with cooking utensils.
  • Completes other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and workplace safety regulations.
