Demolition Technician Job Description

At Paul Davis Restoration, we are seeking a skilled Demolition Technician to join our team. As a Demolition Technician, you will be responsible for performing controlled demolition on residential and commercial properties that have been damaged. This involves safely and efficiently removing debris and hazardous materials to prepare the site for restoration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform controlled demolition on residential and commercial properties
  • Support the team lead and other production personnel as needed
  • Learn the different types of damage in properties and how to handle each type of loss
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed
  • Communicate with customers to ensure all needs are met
