Key Responsibilities:

• Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and juices.
• Prepare garnishes and mix drinks according to established recipes.
• Assess customer preferences and make tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a neat and organized bar area, ensuring bottles and glassware are arranged attractively.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service in the bar area.
• Manage draught beer equipment, including connecting couplings to beer barrels.
• Ensure a safe bar environment by enforcing alcohol consumption standards and complying with legal regulations.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Maintain inventory by ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Enhance skills and knowledge through educational opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including point-of-sale operations and daily reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
