Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for preparing and disposing of all Night Audit work, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions. You will also be responsible for conducting security walks and ensuring the hotel's safety and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions.
  • Security: Conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security.
  • Financial Management: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
