As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for preparing and disposing of all Night Audit work, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions. You will also be responsible for conducting security walks and ensuring the hotel's safety and security.
Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, including registering guests, making reservations, and balancing transactions.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure the hotel's safety and security.
- Financial Management: Balance transactions, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications: Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve guest issues. The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision is essential.
