Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to fill the role of Auto Liability Claims Adjuster. This position involves investigating and adjusting both first-party and third-party automobile claims. The role promises a dynamic and fast-paced environment conducive to career advancement. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing claims, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damages, and negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather statements from insured parties, claimants, and witnesses.
  • Collect and analyze evidence, reports, and medical documentation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify coverage issues.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with claimants and their legal representatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in auto insurance is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling liability claims.
  • Preferred understanding of comprehensive auto coverage for non-standard claims.
  • Experience with California auto claims is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in claim-related computer systems is essential; Guidewire experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
  • This position is hybrid, requiring some in-office reporting.
