  • Technical Skills: Utilize skills such as brazing, soldering, pipe cutting and threading, and various hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Equipment Overhaul: Repair and overhaul pumps and heat exchangers, demonstrating your ability to work with complex mechanical systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a facilities maintenance mechanic role, preferably in healthcare or educational institutions.
  • Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently; excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
