Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Performing make-readies and maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and ensuring a clean and well-organized shop and work areas
  • Providing a parts and material list on a weekly basis
  • Assisting in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus
  • A valid driver's license
  • EPA HVAC certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
