The Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the Company's representative in the community by promoting a positive image of the company and generating interest in the Company's services.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Meeting with potential clients / caregivers to promote services.
  • Distributing provided marketing material, such as business cards, doorhangers, flyers, yard signs, and other marketing materials on a regular and reoccurring basis to get out in the community and promote Advantage Home Care to anyone that may need services or employment.
  • Working closely with office staff to coordinate services for patients and to promote communication between staff and the referral source.
  • Cold Calling to prospective clients, caregivers & referral sources.
  • Establishing a referral stream to meet and exceed sales objectives & quotas.
  • Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the services we offer and current needs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the management team or other appropriate supervisory personnel.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful sales & marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
