Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care to our residents, including ambulating and transferring them, recording vital signs, and observing and reporting any changes in their condition.
Responsibilities- Provide daily personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
- Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
- Record vital signs and other information as assigned
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition
- Current Nursing Certification from the state
- Current/active CPR certification
