Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Labor and Delivery/Obstetric Registered Nurses to become part of our Family Birthplace Team at Resiliency LLC. This role is within a comprehensive LDRP facility, where all Family Birthplace RNs are responsible for providing exceptional post-partum care.

As a Baby-Friendly Hospital, we prioritize successful breastfeeding and promote skin-to-skin contact, ensuring the best start for newborns. This is a full-time position primarily on night shifts, including rotating weekends.

Our Family Birthplace nursing team is deeply committed to neonatal care, collaborating with state initiatives to remain current with evidence-based practices. We proudly operate a Level III NICU, providing advanced care for our smallest patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Support families in the breastfeeding process and newborn care.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain.
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association.
  • NRP Certification required; STABLE certification preferred or to be obtained within six months of hire.
