In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the careful preparation, construction, and maintenance of concrete-related projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our crew members perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and assist crew members with their daily responsibilities related to structural concrete work
Coordinate daily activities for assigned crew(s)
Train and mentor new hires to ensure optimal performance
Conduct daily safety reviews and disburse tools and equipment properly
Assist superintendent with paperwork and performance analysis of crew members

Benefits:
