Job Summary

Centerstone is seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at our Centerstone Recovery Center in Lexington, IN. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients struggling with substance disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, individual, and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain effective communication with referral sources and other involved parties
  • Develop and implement quality clinical practices
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical records
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • CANS/ANSA Certification
  • Three to five years' experience in a behavioral health environment
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC
